31 Miles for 31Heroes Events in August

Registration launches in Spring 2027

To celebrate the incredible lives of these fallen heroes and support their families, 31 Miles for 31 Heroes will hold memorial rucks at various locations throughout the world to honor the lives of the Heroes of Extortion 17.

Participants are asked to carry 2 bricks in their rucks, one to represent the lives of our fallen and the other to represent the burden carried by their families.

Periodically, Ruckers stop to read the bios of these warriors and raise a drink (of water) to their memories. All funds raised will benefit 31Heroes, a non-profit which serves to impact the lives of our nation’s heroes and their families, while remembering the fallen.

DATES AND EVENTS

• Saturday, August 1st – August 31st  31 Days for 31Heroes   This is an option for those who may not have the time, ability, or desire to take on all 31 miles in one go. Everyday for 31 Days you head out and ruck for one of our Heroes.

• Saturday, August 2nd in Washington, D.C. (Main Event) There will be up to three facilitated groups but you are welcome, and encouraged, to form your own group. Routes will be posted on social media and sent out to registered participants. Start point will be finalized as we get closer but the finish is always at Section 60 in Arlington National Cemetery.

• Saturday, August 28th in Fort Worth, TX with Texas4Warriors. This will be one facilitated group with on-route support.

• Virtual Ruck: You decide when and where.
